Ok so I stupidly decided to build Warden Eternal from Halo 5. As far as I am aware there are no templates for him. Im crap at 3d image software, and couldnt find any 3d image files anyway, so its done from google pics, not very game accurate, but I dont mind at this time, as long as its recognisable as Warden
The head, I started with the head, I thought it would be easiest as lots of pics of his head, big pics. I suck at freehand but i did manage to get it looking wardenlike I think lol
Forearms were next, again freehand but quite a bit of guesswork because its hard to know how all the pieces in the pics of all all available angles, actually fit together.
The biceps and shoulders are where Im at now, theyre not really very wardenlike but I used a lot of imagination as there are bits that go over the biceps so a lot of what you see in the pics here will be covered any way.
Im going to be starting the back soon, and the chest, so I can figure out where the biceps and shoulders will be best attached to give max amount of freedom of movement.

Got driving test next week so I’m doing lots of driving about practising in preparation to fail and I’ve got 5 horses to deal with but I am spending every possible moment on the build cos I want it finished by 27th October (been invited to a parade). Haven’t even started thinking about his sword yet

Well I passed my driving test with no faults

Have done some more on Warden but it’s slow going. Got nearly all top half of body done. Ordered more LEDs and gotta put ‘wings’ on when I’ve installed all the lights but here’s a few pics of what I’ve managed to get done. I couldn’t get right behind ‘Ken’ to take proper pic from back tho lol

Thanks. Its not sitting as it should on Ken cos hes not very flexible, but hoping to have an upper body costest when Ive got all the lights in lol

Gixk2 congrats on passing your driving test. Build is just plain AWESOME!!! It just freaks me out every time I see it on the mannequin, I keep thinking to myself...."Why is she naked?" then I get my head out of the gutter and realize...... it's just a mannequin. (Dam it!!)

hahahahaha Dirtdives ! I really should dress the poor dude in some underpants to at least cover his booty but I cant be arsed (scuse the pun lol). My stilts have arrived today, already had a go at walking in them going to take some practise lol

I got a question, after some suggestions -

when I have wardens head on, I will be looking through his mouth area, and I need something that I can see through, but folks cant see through to my face, but also needs to lights to 'glow' through too. For his eyes and cheeks I used light diffusing craft foam but I cant see through it so its a no no for his mouth. Im also not sure, whatever I do end up using, whether it would be look best being white, orange or smoked? Or mirrored?

you could use a cut piece of leggings. thats what we always used for visors and things for costumes in elementary school and stuff. not to hard to see through but stand a few feet back and its not so easy to see through
