Wearing your armor in public

I think I'm going to go to work in mine on halloween, bother people, they dont know I have armor, so they wont know it's me lol, go and demand a discount and "I cant eat this with a helmet on, I want my money back"

i went to a halo lan party at my school in halo armor from tip to tail, as my teacher says , and i had me battle rifle with it on my back. well he wernt to happy. i was posing with the battle rifle and he took it and tore it apart. what an arse!!! he said later:

"I had to tare it apart to make sure you didnt have a gun in it."

i was soo pissed im never going to do that again lol.

I find this understandable, being, I'm sure none of us one another Columbine(sp?) case. However there would have been much easier ways of dealing with that, rather than just taking it and tearing it apart. *sigh* No respect for craftsmanship... Oh well.

couldnt really see too well out of them
haha... it was pretty low budget. all i had was a soldering iron and hot glue. no glue gun.
they had little detatchable covers so i could see out.

There could be silver tinting film infront of the goggles so they can still be see through, and on the side, a switch for built in led lights...thats my guess.

I once wore my veteran Elite armor to school for Halloween, but it was a crap suit that kept falling apart and the dumbass kids at my former school kept asking if i was a bug...philistines.

lol yeah but its a little heavy and gives me extreme tunnel vision.
not fun to look through.

i tin foiled the insides of the tubes so the LED's have more of an effect.

I think it very endearing to know you've accomplished such a feat like MC armor so why not, wear it proud otherwise if you are ashamed of it then why bother yourself to biuld it!!! John 117 has become one of the most ionic VG characters in a long long time I can't wait to show off ours
