What resin to use?

I'm making my first suit, and am on the pep stage.
Question: Is there a video (i haven't found one yet) that fully explains the resining/fiberglassing?
If not, what is the most common way to resin and fiberglass?
Please include:
-Exactly what materials-
-steps-

Google it or search youtube for fiberglass tutorial, there are so many search tools out there dont tie yourself down to just this forum. And there is a thread tutorial here, you just need to look harder
