Maybe your browser had a hiccup. Or maybe your hard drive is failing and its an artifact. When my drive went out I got all kinds of weird things that wernt supposed to be there.

Trying deleting your cache, temp internet files, cookies etc. For a while whenever id change my avatar it wouldnt show up, Finally i tried deleting my cookies and it worked fine.
