Why you made your armor...

I have always had a fascination with armor. Be it from Halo or various other video games, I've always loved the idea of having my very own armor. So when I finally had the idea to make my own I went onto a computer and started searching "How to make Halo Armor". I searced for 5 years, and then stumbled across this site by a total fluke. At first I thought that this would end up being another one of those sites where there was no support, or you had to buy hugely expensive 'kits'. I was absolutely eccstatic when I really started to understand the site and the concepts that it was rich with.

All of the armorers on this site who are constantly pioneering new techniques and methods of doing things are my main inspiration, but my absolute top is knowing that it is possible and that all the help I need is here.

well like the above post i too searched for people armor and i saw NAS armor and what not it wasnt until may 2007 and when i was really bored and had played the beta did i start feeling the fever for halo again so i did searches until i found mjolnirarmor.com and i looked at what was there but i knew i couldnt afford it or make what i saw (sean bradley, adam, link4044, etc) i also saw cardboard armor which is okay for my taste but im a perfectionaist whore so peparkura came up and i dug into it then i saw my solution to perfection when the peparkura could take the exact 3d model from halo 2 so that almost had me sold but i was unsure lke most of us if it was a good idea or not then i saw (i think) smilies armor and then i completely began my own and havent looked back right now i have squirells helmet, torso and robos left bicep
