why are a lot of the pep files named - name_Letter?

because there is a paper size used mostly in Europe called A4 that does not work for a lot of American printers, so the files are created in both A4 format and letter (or standard US 8.5" x 11") format. The file name is just a quick way to determine which file you want.

And files set to Letter-sized Cardstock, can be set to A4 and vice-versa. All you have to do is move the pieces around to fit the pages after the change.
