i dont think it is RRoD because isnt that two red lights? and then 3 when your cables are unplugged? i may have it mixed up but i certainly have never seen 1 light.
Turn off your console, disconnect and reconnect all cables, and then turn on your console.
If an Xbox Hard Drive is attached to your console, turn off your console, and then remove the Xbox Hard Drive. Turn on your console, and test for the error. If the error does not reoccur, turn off your console and reattach the Xbox Hard Drive. Run alternate tests by having the Xbox Hard Drive connected and disconnected to see whether the error occurs only when the Xbox Hard Drive is connected. If an Xbox Memory Unit (MU) is plugged in to your console, turn off your console, and then remove the Memory Unit. Turn on your console again, and test for the error. If the error does not reoccur, turn off your console and reinsert the MU. Run alternate tests by having the MU connected and disconnected to see whether the error occurs only when the MU is connected.
If this problem continues, contact Xbox Customer Service.
Note If the agent cannot help you resolve this problem, you must return your console to Microsoft for repair.

but also if you cannot go 2 weeks with no Xbox i see a problem iv gone i think almost 2 or 3 years without mine.
