Final Thoughts:
I have a sneaking suspicion that this will be the last year for this event but it has not been confirmed or rumored.

Booth:
We will have a booth space for this event. Currently only a 10x10 but we will see if we need more as we get closer to the time.

The event organizers have said that there will probably be someone there to "Peace Bond" weapons. Please make sure any weapons that are brought have an orange tip to help them out.

Load in will be on Saturday the 4th at 8am. Attached is the vendor packet that details where to load in at. Please contact myself for on site help via discord or my cell if you have it.

To be honest the best time would be on the 3rd in the late afternoon/early evening. Obviously that will depend on his schedule and if he is okay with that time. We could also do it in the evening on one of the event days but that might not give us any real daylight to do it.

Also is there a location specific that he would be okay with? As in downtown back alleys, sidewalk type deal or maybe more woods type background?
