I have finished the chest portion of the armor, going to work on the back later today.

For my shoulder i want to use the Reach Mark 5 Shoulder that carter wears on his right or i think left. Does anyone know where i can get this pep file? I will still be using the Mark 6 shoulder but with that reach pad instead of the normal one. Will finish the back pack later on.

I have finished the front and back from Halo Wars chest & back armor. I will be pepping out the shoulders tomorrow, hope you like them. I have some awesome ideas for this chest and back pack. I tell later.

Here is my progress on my helmet. I started to resin the outside of the Mark 6.

I resined the out side and started to fiber glass the inside of the chest plate.

Well these pics a a few months old and i have already finished fiber glassing the helmet, just cant seem to find my pics of it. As for the chest i was using the Halo Wars style of chest and back pack. Since seeing all of these foam builds it has inspired me to start one so i will be doing a custom Mark 6 build for the Launch of Halo 4. Oh mac my gamertag is still the same if you want to chat sometime over live. I will be picking up some foam matting, heat gun, got glue sticks and some card stock for making my foam armor this weekend. Lets see how it goes.

Here is my first attempt at foam MC Mark 6 Foam Helmet.

Not sure if i am doing a good job or not. I am kinda just gluing stuff together here. Dont know of a technique for it yet.

the helmet is looking good! lots of people don't use foam for the helmets, but i think with enough smoothing it will look fantastic! good luck!
