well i havent tried building with foam. i think you need hot glue. its your choice for the heat gun i guess. well that's all i know about foams. gudluck ^.^

there's many kind of resins. if you can ask your father about that then good. most of the time you can get those at automotive shops. i dont have pictures of resins. but when i buy one ill show you one kind. and wow nice helmets!! well goodluck!! and have a nice day too!

fiberglass is what you put inside or the place that can not be seen outside.
first. resin your pep then let it cure. second ,fiberglass the INSIDE only
im not sure on the epoxy.where did you here the epoxy?? shoot me back man.

any thick paper, as long as it can hold the pieces together. it depends on the file. if it says Letter, use letter, if you dont have letter, look for A4 files, goodlcuk

you mean i'll tell you what materials you need?? ok
you can do Scratch build (build an armor from scratch: cartons,wood.... or simply ANYTHING)
you can build it with foam.
or the pepakura.... which needs:
The program
Files, you can find it at the forums
Card stock(thick Paper)
Resin, search it in google or ask anyone about it if you dont know
Fiberglass, same thing you need to do if you dont know, ask anyone or google it
Body Filler, same thing you need to do
Spot putty
then finally, the paint. your choice on what kind
if you dont understand any of this, just post on my profile again.
