airsoft sniper

Hey guys, I've been wanting to buy an airsoft sniper for a little while now and I found two which I think would be pretty sweet to own. But because I have only ever owned two airsoft guns (a pistol and a shot gun) I'm asking you guys what you think and if these are good guns. Is buyairsoft.ca a good site to buy from?

the only down side I can with the Ultimate Bolt action sniper rifle is the price, and while the Marui clone siper rifle is a little more affordable I saw a picture of it and the clips are cheap plastic, and the seam line ( where the two halfs of the clip comes together) looks like it would break easily

any thoughts??

I have the first sniper you posted. I think its a great gun.
pros: shoots far and fast
magazines hold a good amount of bbs
very good hop up system
easy to grease bolt with out removing
cons: After running around with it for a while it starts to get heavy.
Sling broke easily
Must use high grade bbs

I would also recommend picking up a good scope with this gun

oh, so its a good gun?? what do you think of the other gun? I don't think the second one is very good, but still if I could save $100 on a gun I might not use too often (only at birthday parties) that would be nice. Is buyairsoft.com reliable site? no problems with credit cards or deliveries??

Edit: thanks for the other link, I would probably buy that sniper. do you know if the site is reliable?? (credit cards, delliveries?)

airsoftgi is a very good site. I order from them all the time.

I don't really know much about the second one though. Ive seen knock off ones that weren't so great.
but if it is really a Marui Clone then it should be pretty good

I've actually never heard of buyairsoft, so I personally wouldn't trust it. But I'm sure its fine.


Now, heres where I come in with airsofting advice to ruin your day.


I reccomend getting an AEG as your first gun, not a sniper.

I don't know if you're going out in the backyard to do this or what but if you don't like sniping, it could be a waste of money and it will just sit there looking pretty.

But sniping definitely has changed peoples minds from "OH GAWD I LOVE SNIPING SNIPERS THAT SNIPE I WANT BE ONE" then getting a crappy airsoft rifle that won't shoot far or will break down or they just won't be patient and it will all go down.




Like I said, start off with an AEG, even if it is JG/UTG/Echo1.



And darn, maybe I need to bump the airsoft thread I made so more airsoft threads aren't posted. I'm not a mod but post in there! That's why I made it, so all these threads wouldn't have to be made! lol, and it worked for awhile.
