Asking for help to use Pepakura files on EVA foam

You'll just have to adjust the scale in pepakura Designer or whichever program you're using. If the one you have made already is too small you'll need to increase the scale.

My best advise is to think about it as much as you can before printing. The program tells you how big it is going to be, you can measure pieces on the computer, print out one piece and check to make sure that is how big it is printing. Or even just assemble it as paper like Montique said before using up costly foam.

Well, this is my progress so far:
I have a sneaky suspicion that it may be a tad bit small. But I want to finish it to make sure I can actually make foam pieces with it.

I don't know if you still want tutorials on making Halo armor from foam, but I learned a lot from watching Angelegend on YouTube (Angelegend). His series is on making Master Chief's armor from Halo 4 but it's got a lot of little tips on methods and order of operations that helped me a LOT.
