What do you mean? It's Crackhead09's HD Cod. There isn't a more up to date one that I know of.

On Pepakura Designer 3 go to 2D Menu > Change Scale > Scale Factor. Try scaling it to 270 mm or 27.0 cm. From there you can decide if it is too small, just right, or too big.
