Can't scale model

Hi,
I just bought Pepakura Designer. I have a model which should print bigger, but the options of Change Scale under 2D Menu are disabled, all gray.

What model is it? Is it a locked .pdo?

Hi, carpathiavh99. The designer is v. 3 (the latest one). The file is a .obj model made with 3d studio max.

Dumb question but then I deal in them.. You have unfolded the model ? Apologies of any offense is caused but sometimes you just gotta ask the simple stuff

Actually, that's a very valid question. If the model is not unfolded, then the scale option will be disabled. You set the scale when you initially unfold, and anytime after.
