I've heard of that Sanitarium in Kentucky... it's called Waverly Hills Sanitarium. I went as far as calling them to see how much to stay there for one night but you need a minimum of 10 people but it was reasonable priced. I have quite an interest in the supernatural/ paranormal and have actually been to Eastern State Penetentiary in Philadelphia, PA. Creepy place. But creepy is just a feeling. a word. It doesnt reflect the feeling in the pit of your stomache that something just "isnt right." There's a huge difference in knowing that something is off and not this worldly to just getting spooked by someone jumping out at you. One day i definitley wish to experience a paranormal experience and share it face to face with a friend so i know that it wasnt just me. A true paranormal event will always leave you wondering if it really happened and if it wasnt a figment of your imagination.

After watching supernatural for two seasons, i go nowhere without EMF detector(ElectroMagnetic Field)
(joke, but i do have one, though not made from a walkman)

I’ve had 2 experiences with weird ‘paranormal’ type stuff. Here’s the first.

A friend of mine used to live in a house on the outskirts of London called “The Ridgeway”. I stayed there a few times and from the outside it looked like any other house in the street but it was the weirdest place I have ever stayed in my life. The day they moved in (they being my mate, his parents and 2 brothers) his mum was packing stuff away in her bedroom when she heard shuffling noises in the unused back bedroom. According to her it sounded like someone moving boxes around and she assumed it was one of the boys moving things about. However she went down stairs and found them all watching TV, whilst the noises were still coming from the back room. That on its own is not that strange, what is though is that when they tried to get in the door was locked from the inside. My mates dad had to take the handle of to get in only to find it perfectly empty with all the boxes where the had left them and the window still locked and unbroken.
It gets stranger. 3 weeks after they moved in me and my friend were in the basement trying to find something, I forget what, when we came across a really old wooden crate that was upside down. We lifted it up and found a wigi board on the floor under the crate, complete with the glass yes and no squares etc. We decided the best thing to do was burn it in the fire, but it took ages probably about 6 hours roughly before it went. Loads of things like that kept happening whilst they lived there. For instance the fire alarms would periodically go off at 2:05 in the morning right down to the second. After a few months his dad phoned the people who used to live there to ask if they ever experienced any strange goings on and they just hung up without saying anything. His younger brother refuses to talk about when they lived there. When ever you talk about it he just turns white and shakes all over.

Heres one that I wrote for "that site" If you know what it is then you might find it funny, if you don't, don't ask what "that site" is.

Your sitting at your computer in the dark and hear the creaking of floor boards from down the hall. You want to get up, but the story you were just reading sounds just like what’s happening. Too creeped out to check on the sound you attribute it to your cat (or other pet) and continue reading. To your dismay the protagonist also returns to the story. He ignores the creaking boards as they get closer and stop outside of his room. The next creak you hear is a few steps closer then the last. Turing back you begin to read faster. Every time he heard a sound he ignored. He reached the end and typed in a three word reply, but instead of posting it, he got error 404. Staring at the screen his throat is slit from ear to ear. His life draining from him he slumps in his chair. You reach into your desk to find something to stop the “thing” with and pull out a pair of scissors. You continue to read the thread almost forgetting about the creaking that gets closer with every post you read. After you get to the end, gripping the scissors tightly in your hand you reply asking for MOAR and see nothing but a large 404 error, you turn suddenly and stab the scissors into the darkness and feel them penetrate deep into the flesh of that “Thing”. You get up and run out of your room. You slam the bathroom door behind you and lock it. You stare at your hands; one is completely white, the other, the one that held the scissors, is stained a deep red by blood. The blood has a foul smell that seems to get stronger and you gag. Gasping for air you look around you as the locked room begins to spin. You vomit into the sink and collapse onto the floor, passing out. In the morning you wake up to the sound of sirens. You look around and see your bloodstained hand, and remember what happened the night before. You throw open the door and rush to your room finding you body sitting in the chair, your throat slit from ear to ear, the error 404 still glowing on the screen. You hit the back button waiting for the screen to reload. This time you see the message that he tried to post: “You cant escape…”

The scary part was right after I posted this the thread 404ed. O.O

My dad did that to me by taping a picture of Michael Jackson onto my window so when i turned on my light he was right there.... needless to say it made me scream and start crying and I left the lights on for awhile....

then he did it to me again but instead of my window he put the picture of M. Jackson on my pillow so when i threw the sheets back he was in my bed.... again, screamed and cried and slept on my kitchen floor for about a week... and still to this day i dont have sheets on my bed.
