shoulders help

Those helmets look prety good.


One question, do you have the file of the right shoulder from the first image (I don't reamember the name from that shoulder armor but its the one from carter) cause I want to make carter's armor and I'm missing that shoulder.

P.S. killerkaesar: Since you seem to be newer to the website I suggest reading around and looking for it. Also try looking up the 405th pep pack. Its got almost every thing in it.

check this link out man, it will tell you mostly everything about the 405th, and I even think it has links to the pep files, but check it out, cause it's a good guide. also, for future reference, most of the Reach files will be found here.

So I have a secret... I suck at painting. Like big time. But I'm trying to get better at it. So here my first layer of actual paint on the CQB. Touch ups and details to come later.

You may have noticed I am not using the green and blue scheme I had original planned. Why, you ask? Well for almost as long as reach as been out I have used a gold/ yellow spartan. I switch to green just before I started this build but after a few weeks decided gold is where it's at

Oh and I just made a rebreather for each side out of a hose but I'm open to ideas for what to use to cap the ends.

I love your color scheme, and the hoses look cool.

The only thing I could think for end caps were gas caps recessed in, but those might be expensive..

I just painted them on, although I'm considering drilling them out and making them a little bigger to actually work as vents...maybe. And the hose I used believe it or not is a children's toy called a sound tube that I picked up for $1.

Making some progress on my torso. Experimenting with foam. If this doesn't work I'll go back to pep but in a few hours it already looks more promising then the pep one I started last month and abandoned.

MK VI inserted for fun and scale. I know it looks a little small but I'm not a very big guy and that helmet is huge! lol
