What is the min amount of layers of fiberglass before everything starts to look good. Also do you fiberglass to build strength then bondo for looks or do you just use fiberglass. I have 24 days to get this done for Halloween so im pushing as hard as I can. Good thing im basically home all day and my girlfriend is helping me.

you can use one layer that covers everything...

If you cut the cloth into pieces then make the pieces overlap...
