Those two pictures are old ones from the halo3 viral campaign. I'm not sure about the text but it seems like it came form the files on that as well.

EDIT: went back to http://1019foxfm.net all that looks different is that the message now says 'It is finally here!' i figured maybe they put something in the source code so i looked at it, doesnt seem to be anything there i can find except the exact date and time it was programmed to end on.
