Flyingsquirrel's HD Torso anyone?

I'm trying to locate a file location for the HD torso that Flyingsquirrel did for the Halo 3 armor. The download file location http://405th.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=5089 is non-working after the move.

Can anyone hook me up with a link or something at all?
