H2 & H3 diferences

does anybody know the diferences between the halo 2 and 3 armor

and is there any sites where theres a build a spartan thing like in halo 2

There wasn't a Build a spartan on h2....


and there are quite a few differences in the armor

i ment the thing where you pic the colors

and are the differences small enough to do from the the h2 pep armor?
