i got some. a blue cqb, red eva, and a master chief. im opening the chief, the other two are going into the back of my closet so im not tempted to open them.

Can't believe I didn't see this sooner! i read the post on my friend's iTouch (awesome little thing) and had to sit through the rest of school before blasting down to Wal-Mart. After frantic searching through the toy isles, I was let down...nothing! Then I turn around and there's a free-standing column filled to the brim with figures. They had all except for a green grunt, and Cortana. I picked up a MasterChief (2x, one for my brother's Bday) and the only red EVA they had. Sculpt and articulation is great! Thanks for the heads up, guys!! Can't wait for the next wave...

I couldn't find a green grunt either. but I did find an orange one.The Kraken said:

Oh that's pretty sweet, didn't know that. None of the "badguys" were interesting enough to get on my first run, though the Brute hammer is awesome. I hope they release some weapon packs. Wouldn't mind a hammer...shotgun...battle rifle....sniper...pistol....dual SMGs....yeah.

I just went out and got a Master Chief. I don't have the money to go and buy every type and color, so I just got one.
Our wally-world had full racks. They had red, blue, green, and maybe another color MC's, green grunts, some jackals, and some brutes. I didn't see any Cortana's though.
I'll take some pictures tomorrow when I bring my good camera and 1:1 macro lens (blows your camera's out of the water
). I shall take many close-ups of everything . There are a lot of rotating points, although they were stiff at first. After posing him for a while, they loosened up.

I think they made a pack for their military figures, but only for their collectors club thing. I could see them doing it, though. Now I wouldn't mind a nice Mark V figure...

Ahhh ODST helmet would be nice...or just the ODST figure haha. I would rather have a Mark V body etc with everything MkV than just the helmet...the Halo 3 model is nowhere near as good looking at the Halo one!

Yeah, that's the problem. It's the only figure they'd really need, except maybe a marine or two. Elites, Jackals, and Grunts I would see as "backwards compatible" heh.
Next in line for the vehicles should be a Pelican....that mongoose and wraith look awesome, though!
