i was searching on the internet the other day and i found a halo movie petition.

if enough people will sign it, maybe fox will reconsider.



and with all halo fanatics on the 405th, i think we'll make a chance.

Here's a better idea: if they can't do it right, do it yourself. So get armoring. Or just wait for Operation Chastity.

Agreed. You'll probably get nothing done, and if I can remember correctly, thats the same petition that was found about a year ago.

Just so you know, companies don't pay any attention to electronic petitions; they're too easy to fake.

To be honest I don't want a Halo movie, sure it will be cool but they will either A. Screw up like the rest of video game movies, B. They will make their own story and will be bashed by fanboys, or C. It will work

The thing is, these adaptations all have had more than a 50% chance of being GREAT. But the companies almost PURPOSEFULLY get all the wrong people involved. That's why I was excited for the Halo movie. It had all the RIGHT people involved. But now that it's staring a Stewart Beattie script in the face, I'm feeling a sense of deja vu.



*sigh* Man, I hope I get into film school. I want in on this $#!T. By the looks of things, I'll be in my 20s when this thing decides to go anyway.

first time ive seen this thread, but i have to say that a petition doesnt always work unless it is something public that effect something for a reason. a movie aint one of them. ive tried with getting paintball markers either used properly or stay out of movies and tv. but it doesnt matter cause its what the writers write.



but the best thing that i can say about this. its not "Uwe Boll" doing it, so it will be fine.

for those of you who dont know his work, he has butchered and completely disgraced video game turned movies like:

house of the dead (2003)

alone in the dark 1 (2005), 2 (2008)

blood rayne 1 (2005), 2 (2007) and 3 (2010)

dungeon siege: name of the king (2007)

farcry (2008)

zombie massicre[wii] (2010)

There will be a movie. Bungie stated that it would be stupid not to make a Halo movie, because it would increase Halo's popularity, and would be generate huge profits.
