I will be doing a halo reach build of a certain lesser know vocaloid to join TurboCharizard vocaloid gang. The vocaloid I'm going for is kaito and I will be using his primary colors of royal blue and golden yellow. This will be a fun build ^^
Started printed out the forearms and chest pieces today. Then I cut the pieces out and then began on doing the forearms with leftover foam I had in my workshop. It's the end part of the forearm and gonna work my way up tomorrow. Now I got my shins printed out and gonna start on them as well tomorrow.
After about 3 hours of cutting templates, I finally started on the arm guards of my hybrid cosplay but now I'm running out of crafting supplies. Gonna need to go to store soon
Here is some update on my reach:
I finished cutting out the bicep templates in a single night. Tomorrow I will be using my great ryobi sanding machine to sand all my pieces then start putting them together. Here is progress so far
Awesome! Love being able to use what you already have! I started printing off my props with the filament I got during black Friday last year. So I am finally putting a use to it.

That’s the one I’m using. It’s a good entry printer to get into 3D printing. Are there better ones? Of course, but out of the box it’s a decent printer, but in my opinion needs a few upgrades to really take it to the next level. What surprised me are the costs of upgrades. Many can be printed, others are small things like springs and whatnot that don’t cost a lot. There are a lot of knowledgeable people on here, but also check reddit as well. Tons of info and reviews!

Love me some foam builds! Chest looks great. Really cool color combo, builds with a story are some of my favorites.
Have you ever tried loctite/Super glue and then reinforce the back with hot glue? That's my favorite method.
