You could use Adhesive Velcro for when the armor gets built. Another method is to make rings in the armor and have the mag pouch attach similer to a MOLLE tacvest

In his first post, under the models created by ForgedReclaimer, there is a shoulderpiece called EOD Shoulder. These are the shoulder pieces used by the troopers. Also, in Ruze's second post in that thread, there is a trooper helmet by lganderson that looks pretty good. For the rest of the armor, I don't think that any files have been made, but they look like they might be easy enough to scratch build for now. Hope this helps a little more.

I believe that shoulder armor is classified as "Gungnir" in the Reach Armory.

I wasn't interested in building armor until I saw the Gunginir. I like Gunginir.
