Wow, great job! I have a question if you don't mind. Which version is more movie accurate?
If you're trying to make it look like the movie, I'd say try to get as close to the Sideshow bust as possible. The movie helmets actually differ from each other, since a 3D model is used sometimes and a real suit is used other times. Using the Sideshow bust as reference gives you a solid base to go for, and they have many picture angles all over the internet to use.
The toy isn't bad or anything, but there are a lot of differences from the movie version and actually looks more like the concept art.

No lol, I meant on the model. Look it from under it up on the jaw.
Yeah, I get what you're saying.
The chin, as dubean33 showed, is only cut out, not raised. Some people like to raise it a little, I'm going more for accuracy
I'm also aware of the ridge you are talking about, it's just a weird way the polys formed while moving stuff around. I'm not sure if it will actually show when it's put together but if it is, it can be bondo'd flat. The vertex that sticks out to make that ridge has to be placed there for accuracy, and I wasn't quite sure how to fix it. ^^"
Edit: FAILURE!
Erm, I guess just sand down that point. I must have forgotten to put the vertex back in line. lol
