Started sanding the bondo. Still have work to do.

Looking cool, just the jaw needs some sanding, looks a tiny bit fat at the moment. But not dramatic.

Have you tried rondo/mud? It has longer potlife so it doesn't harden while putting it on plus it dries smooth. I swear by it. As for the vents, you can just use a Dremel tool to dig them out. I'm nothing without a Dremel for this kind of work.

I know for the rondo, and I'm terrible with it.

First time I used it, I put too much and I had rondo everywhere.

Anyway,

My dremel broke...

The vents still look bad

I added some bondo on the jaw.

And bondo on the right side (Top)

The left side is almost completed.

Anyways, the paint color looks pretty nice. Although I can't fully justify my opinion since cameras can sometimes screw with the colors, I think it very close to the in-game Chief.

Also, did you finish the helmet for ToyCon? I has seen no pics.

Nah, been dry for a very long time so no need start now.
