THIS IS SO AWESOME!!!! Ive been looking to do something like this for a while! Would you do commissions in the future? And how did you do this?
Sorry for the delayed response but i sculpted this from chavant oil clay on a lifecast, molded it, cast in black latex. And yes I do commisions! feel free to hit me up on instagram Waltimusprime or on my etsy WELSHCREATIONS

Haven’t posted much over the years so I figured I’d do better and start being active on here to network with my fellow builders more. I got heroes workshop (stefano/stealth) templates and I’ve used a couple of moesizzlac files and the helmet was originally a sonner file but I sculpted over it with epoxy to change a lot. Here’s what I have so far. Chest is all foam
Brother, I had a question regarding the meticulously crafted details. Pieces of details like the attached images, are they included in the heroes workshop pepakura template? Or did you add them yourself. Also was the pepakura template easy to follow for a foam build? Most pepakura templates are very troublesome to be used as foam templates. Thanks in Advance!

Hey there! So id say, if you've never done a foam pep before heroes workshop templates are pretty hard to work with. and there is very little detail in them. I do this professionally for film and television so I'm very familiar with foam and template making. none of the detail on my suit was in his templates, that being said if your comfortable with foam and free handing your detail bits his templates are awesome and have the perfect shape as many of the other ones I've seen out there just don't have the correct shape. id say his templates are more so advanced. hope that helps boss

little photo dump. got the under armor shoulders sculpted and molded. neck done and most of the torso completely done. hoping to be suited up for sdcc this year with my buddy as a reach suit im also building for him. also all the belt and shins are 3d printed from galactic armory's files. the helmet is the best buy jazwares helmet. the paint is atrocious but its a solid helmet and if i run out of time to print the galactic one or dont like my personal sculpted one ill just paint this one.

I saw that neck seal thanks to RandomRanger on Etsy. It is super tempting to pick one up. Just need to figure out if I could make it work for a 16" neck vs. the 18" you said.
yea ive made it fit for 15 inch neck, you just have to cut a 2-3 inch section out of the back. you lose the back detail but in all honesty the back isnt shown much at all, specially on most suits that the amor comes up higher in the back like chiefs.

Got all the armor parts made, I’m in the last stretch before sdcc but it’s on to painting

These space boots took a ton of Rn D but they are flexible I can bend at the toes and it gives me roughly a 5- 6 inch height increase without looking Frankenstein like. Should be around 6’8 in the suit. I’ve got a 2x2 block in the heel and a few sheets of foam. There’s a few sheets on the bottom to create space away from the details so the ground doesn’t rip up the details on the boot. Once in it I was scared it would look as if I was floating but it doesn’t. Sealed the bottom with flex seal and glued the garage rubberized mats to the bottom for grip. Also using the 6ft club lifts from Amazon in the shoes. These are my space jays lol I’m pretty happy with them
