someone told me this today and I was like "lol yeah right...", but then I got home and saw that it was true! Michael was awesome! Even though he was kinda creepy he still had awesome music and will always be remembered.

I got to see his concert when I was 12 and living in Germany. He is one of the few performers that sounded just as good live as on CD. I guess I'm still a bit numb about it all. Can't really believe that it's happened.

Michael Jackson was one of those people that I thought would never die, like, he was a god to me or something, but things can happen in the blink of an eye. R.I.P. MJ

Wow, I just woke up this morning and my mum told me about this and I just couldn't believe that he died, it was such a shock to me. Even though I never really listened to his music he was a legend and that's what has left me astonished. R.I.P. Michael

I'm still expecting this to be a publicity stunt. Where he jumps out of his coffin and starts singing and dancing. But I know it is not to be. Its a shame really. I know the last few years of his life were not the easiest because of all of the media crap and court cases. But dam could he sing. Especially when he was younger and not so plasticy. R.I.P dude.

R.I.P.

Sorry I'm a bit Feelingless and cold but I don't care to be sad

But, his music has a place in hearts of us all.

to be honest i didn't really like his music although i do like some of the covers like smooth criminal by AAF

but you do have to respect the man before he became a bit exentric

When Farrah Fawcett gazed at us in her red swimsuit (Yes i still have mine) and, a single moment in history later, MJ dared us to moonwalk to our hearts content, they commanded giant audiences. The world had not yet become fragmented into the microcommunities that exist today. We liked them or we hated them, but we shared the experience just as Walter Cronkite told us each night that

"that's the way it is."

Michael, Farrah "The song is ended, but the melody lingers on" RIP

Amazon.com's top 15 music albums are all MJ's. I find it very odd that he is becoming a top seller after his death. This proves, that people can live on after their death. Michael is doing so through music.

This is truely amazing, to me. Because I always thought, people would still think of MJ as "Wacko Jacko", no matter what happened to him. This proves differently. People are certainly coming over what they used to believe, and realize that MJ isnt and never was Wacko Jacko. This is awesome, I think. A revolution, to music itself. Miley Cyrus told people on twitter or something that MJ was an inspiration to her. So, that leads Hannah Montana fans, to go buy some MJ albums. Its really weird, how this works.

I am also, dissapointed in myself. After yesterday I was thinking a lot. I used to (USED TO, stopped after actually HEARING his music, I was a cruel child) ridicule MJ as a weirdo and a no good rotten... lets not continue. I used to believe the media, and how they claimed MJ did all that stuff. I had to get that off my chest.

Rest in Piece, once again.

I was never a fan but the man was a legend. I always said he was an oddball but not a pervert. I think he was just a man child who never got to actually be a child when he was young.

On a side note...man the celebs dropped like flies last week. I thought they only went in 3s?

It's a shame he survived this long. Don't get me wrong, I don't hate him, but those last 10+ years must have been hell. Probably why he took so many drugs, I would.

He's a legend and he should have died like a legend: young, like Jimi Hendrix or Kurt Cobain. That way, people could have remembered only the music, and not all the weird other scandals.
