I keep all my work saved in my computer. If it gets deleted on 4shared, I've got nothing to worry about.

I wish I had downloaded more so this wouldnt have been such a problem
I feel seriously bad that you made such great files and some ignorant person void of emotion and intelligence ruined your work....

We, as modelers and costumers do not claim ownership of the likenesses of the characters that we portray. We do not intend financial harm to the owners of the likenesses of the characters that we portray. If I take a photo with a camera, the photo belongs to me, and it is illegal to reproduce it and sell prints without permission. The photo may be of the president of the United States, but he does not own the photo. I own the photo. Why, now if I create a 3d model from scratch based on any likeness, am I doing something illegal? Fan art is illegal, people. I am not kidding. We, as replica propmakers and costumers are criminals. We are creating what is called "derivative works". Marvel sued NCSoft because in a particular superhero game, users can customize their character to resemble Marvel characters. What is next? Will Marvel sue the little boy that wears a bathroom towel as a cape, pretending to fly around the city?

sooooo what exactly is stoping you from renaming it and putting it back on? if they delete it again then something is up or someone's got a stick int their a$$ for some reason. Im not sure how they would block something like that from being posted twice but still just throwing ideas out there.

I hope its ust a leak scare, Bungie has known about us for sometime now, so I would think Microsoft has too. They would take down all the files, and maybe, sadly they would inform this site that it was no longer aloud.

I can back up all of the peps and models...
I will not modify or steal anyone's property I swear, I have been an active member for over the year!

same here i will help you guys rebuild the pep database as soon as we all agree upon a new filehosting place...... or maybe we could use our own so it could be 405th member access only so we cant have outside sources seeing it... therefore no sueage or known infringments 8) but either way i can help rebuild some data bases of the pep files.... i have alot of them ..... and all file names would stay the same...cred will be where cred is due... no need to steal peoples work now in this crisis lol
Nintendude, if you're looking for an external web site on which to host pep files (that definitely won't go down), I have plenty of space on a server.
