Im originally from Southwest Houston, but i'll be back in Austin by the end of the month. I have lots of family in that whole area. Houston, Angleton, Freepot, Round Rock, the list goes on and on. That would be pretty awesome to hook up with you guys. I've been stationed in Japan for 3 years, so for as long as i've known of the 405th i've been overseas. It will be pretty cool to meet some of you guys face to face.

ok quick update on my attempt for designing the thighs im just doing the right one and via pepkura you can flip design and make the left one but as of this moment im pepping a full suit of recon and what i currently have of the mark IV do i can get our ODST Launch costumes ready becuase im gonna be on the local harrisburg news Nam out!

Sounds good Namauri. Can't wait. I see from your MKIV status pic that you've peped the chest. How'd that turn out? Any trouble spots? What about fit? By chance do you have any pics? Kind of an off question, but whose going to take on the shoulders, boots, and diaper? Ben Streeper? Robby? Namauri? Anyone? I'll get on your guys level one day. As soon as I get settled in at my new place im going to give my self some on the job training in modeling with 3ds max.

Like I said before, I just don't have access to the modeling program at this point. Someone dug up a necro post in the pep forum where one shoulder had been completed. When I get a stab at the program again I will see what still needs doing. Also Namauri should post some progress pics in your thread for critiquing. No matter how skilled a modeler is, he needs feedback.

im noticing the cod piece looks different on the action figure than in most of the concept art, not that i was staring, but that piece may actually be at my level, i could also try to do the right shoulder, and the boots aren't very different from the mk VI, just in the back... i tried to register on these forums along time ago but registration was closed.
Welcome to the 405th Skwisdemon. Sounds like you may have some interest in contributing to the project. If thats the case, by all means go ahead. Ben Streeper has a great thread for reference(can't find it at the moment) and im sure the Godfather Robby will assist where he can. Oh, and im sure you weren't staring at the crotch.
Robby: Good find on the shoulder. I haven't seen that thread yet. Not sure if its that accurate, but never the less its still a good start. Do you think the intent was to put it on the HD MKVI base shoulders? Anyways, yeah bro I can't wan't until you get back in the swing of things, but I totally understand that schools going to come first. Hopefully with enough help we can get a full set of files out by years end.

just wanted to let you know that i have started on the shoe
i would post some pics but my digital camera took a swim in my pool never play around a pool when your drunk it never ends well but im making some progress on the thigh and the shoulder looks good in pep (left one) the chest turned out beautifully no real trouble spots i mighty post some new screen shots of the thigh tomorrow but im hella tired aparently my body cant stay awake more than 40 hours
