'm thinking to create a new helmet

you have some tips how I can do better so that more details remain

what I have done wrong is the fiberglass outside instead of inside

The helmet is quite heavy now what should I use

Bondo is quite expensive and difficult for me to get in Netherlands

Looks good, although your helmet seems to be kinda leaning to one side I could be wrong, as for your issue with the bondo I imagine any almost any automotive body filler will do, bondo is just the brand name.

Looks nice, and as for the tilt mine also has that. I believe you can tape it to where you want it and then resin. It should dry that way. You may need to do further research on this, as I am not completely sure, hope this helps.

I usually get Bondo, Resin and Fiberglass at Heuts Automaterialen: http://www.heuts.nl

Though it might be a bit far for you, i don't know if u have a car but if so it shouldn't be that much of a problem.

Its about 15 euro's for 2 kilo of Bondo and its called: Polyester Plamuur (heres a pic of it)

And this is the resin i use:

I guess pretty much every shop that sells car parts sells this stuff, after all its made to fix cars =P

Hope this helps a bit
