Balmung,

First of all, Have you tried looking though the stickys? Thats how I found out About scaling my helmet. I have seen you on a lotof fourms asking what size they used, It would be so much better for you to go out and find how to do it your self

Im going to put a link up and you should go read it, Its how I scaled my helmet. Use method 1 its the best.

http://405th.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=20044

I swear this will never give you a bad scale, and then you wont have to go and ask every member what size they used:).

Im not trying to be mean or anything, I just think Its a better idea for you to scale YOUR actually size and not anyone elses. This way you wont wast paper or time because it didnt fit the furst time.

If you have any problems AFTER READING the fourm, Just come back and ask. Ill be happy to answer you then !

I've read the topic, but I am a Brazilian and it is difficult to understand everything, because I had English lessons

I'm asking for people who built the helmet hayabusa their height and size used to use as means to build my own helmet

And I do not need caps lock ...

was more easy you have only answered than assuming that I do not read the topics

thanks man

Balmung,

I didnt Know you dont speek english well. Im sorry for that. I was just trying to make a point that if you read the fourms you know what to do. But in your case thats not the answer. So here is what you need.

Im about 5'7 My helmet was scaled at about 35-40 I made it bigger because ( I have a big head) And ( for padding )

And about the caps I just do that when I give people information, Like to make sure they know the important steps.

I hope I helped this time,

sorry I have talked so rough, I just had a fight with my girlfriend and I was a hothead.

thanks for the help

I had already calculated, but I had found that the value was too high

I'm 5'9 "and the helmet was about 380mm

Balmung,

Well to me that mesurment should fit fine, I put my helmet on my twin brother and hes about 6" foot, so 380mm Should work for your, Even if it is to big fiberglass and padding will make it smaller on the inside!

Raziel,

You make me laugh! haha but I'm glad your mean sword didn't hurt the poor old tree(hehehe). I'll most likly Build it from scratch.

Anywas Im not going to be replying to any other posts on this topic tonight, because I would rather not get a warning.

SO if you post and I do not reply back, Im not ignoring you (because Id love to answer your reply, Its going to kill me not being able too) Im just playing it safe! :):):)

Ill reply in the morning everyone :)

glad i made your day... lol

but you wouldn't get a warning just for replying posts...

i think warnings are for double postings... meaning your posts are consecutive and on the same time without any updates... that's what i think is a double post... but if your replying to a post on your thread... that doesnt mean your double posting... but if your replying individually to all the posts... that would give you a warning, thats why there's that multiquote button.. ;)

btw have you read the reply i've made regarding where i'd cut my helm in half?

Raziel,

See I feel as if we are just " Chatting ", I could be wrong though. So forget it, But your still making me post and I dont like going back on what I have already said lol.

I do understand the whole double posting thing so I can see how Im not breaking any rules ( Still I my self think I kinda am )

Buttt as for your message, Yes I have read it. I got busy working on my helmet that I didn't relpy back ( SORRY )

Thank you and I'm glad you sent me that, it will make my job 100 percent easer when the hot weather comes.

There's a WTF-moment I'd like to see. Hayabusa goes to assassinate Elite. Mid-chop, said Hayabusa finds out his blade is blunt. Surprise!

If you tend to dip your cookies, I'd advice not eating them while resining... :eek

To add something remotely constructive to the thread, I think the advice of scratch building the sword is a great idea. It would give you an opportunity to be creative, while not really risking much if things get screwed up.
