These were all taken today right after I fiberglassed the inside. The outside was resined about a week ago. I used pepakura and 110 lb. cardstock.

Woo Hoo!!!! Somebody is taking my advice!!!!

Good job on the helmet, can't wait to see more.

I don't see who wouldn't Sean, one look at the color of your armor people should be asking how you did it.

I just finished my helmet tonight, it took like 6 hours!!! Terrible.... Anyway, im going to resin it. Did you put fiberglass in the inside? And are you going to put it on the outside too? Oh and what sections on the bottom do i need to remove so it will fit? Thanks.

Just cut off pieces on the bottom until it fits. You can use my pic of the bottom for reference.

This is what I'm doing:
Resin outside>resin inside>fiberglass inside>resin outside>sand

TO COLMON:

Does it affect the outcome? I have white primer, where do I get gray?

**UPDATE**
I have my right foot done, ready to resin.

5 minute hand pieces. No, I'm not using them for my armor.

If I use a Florida ruler, maybe some master amor skills will rub off on me ;-)
