My Tyrael Armor Project

Me and my friends are building a tyreal armor from diablo for a friend of ours. Since im still starting on costume building, this would be my biggest armor project so far. My choice of materials for this project would be rubber sheets since im already used to it, but ill try some new techniques i've learned at the forums

sorry for the poor quality of the pics, ill upload more when i have the time...

one major problem that im having is that my friends body is too thin and im worried that the armor would look unproportional to his frame. So we added some foam inside the armor to buff him up, i hope it works and it wont be too obvious.

Looks like an excellent start to me. I'm a huge Diablo fan, so I will definitely be watching this thread. Keep up the good work.
