Need Help On Scaling Thread

well i need help on how to get the right size for my helmet if any one can help me do it or do it for me please ive tryed the formula doesnt work because i got pepakura 3 so can any one help me as soon as they can.

use a tape measure, measure from the bottom of your chin to the top of your head scale up at least 10%.

If that doesn't work I dunno what to tell you.
