Xavior, One of the things I think you're missing here is the fact that these files can't all be presized to a certain height. An individual file may be presized to help with how it fits on paper (Ex 300mm-roughly 11 in, I think.) but people all have different proportions, I Have a a tall, slim build, short legs, long torso, lanky arms, wide shoulders. I Do not exactly have a "spartans" build. Or an even average one. If you sized a six foot file for me, I can tell you the legs would be too large (In my noob years I tried a certain scaling method that didn't work out) and arms too short. The files, as I'm sure you know, are isolated to each part, and as suck must be scaled individually. I've seen people do helmets at 250 to even 400 mm in height. To prescale each file, you'd have to hit upwards of 10 models FOR ONE HELMET, just to hit that range (if going by centimeters.) The project is admirable but The work, as well as the time and file size, are all extremely tedious things to do, considering there are hundreds of PDO files out there.
Oh and for anyone out there still trying to get to his photobucket, here it is:

just 3d models, I still want to see actual fabricated pieces.
