obj file viewer?

I know I'm supposed to put this in a different forum but it won't let me. I don't know what to get to open an .obj file

Pep will open .Obj files, but you can only view etc.
not edit.

Wings 3d is also another good freeware program for import/export

Actually you can, albeit in a very limited manner. You can edit the model within Pep Designer but only before you unfold it. After that, the feature is disabled.

I only use this to convert obj into 3ds.

Yeh, but I don't classify the pep editor as a real editor, as to me knowleddge you can't break models down

Yeh same here for wings, I use it for the same reason, but its not a bad little prog for breaking models full game models down into components.
