I was wondering if anyone could direct me to a reliable source for LEDs and wiring. I have looked through the 405th, and they have lead me to different methods, all with different resistors attached. I've tried ohm's law, looking it up online, and I come up even more confused and doubtful than I was before!

akademee,
if you don't want to deal with that, they sell some LED christmas lights at walmart that use 3 size C batteries. They are all wired, all you would have to do is cut out the lights you don't need and use the battery pack with only the lights you need. The problem with LED lights is the voltage, too high you burn them up. This way you can't go wrong and the voltage has been figured out for you. hope this helps...

So since I am not super good at WIP threads, we are going to have a HUGE leap in time and jump straight to the finished product! But yes, I am sorry for the lack of progress pics, I am still learning the honorable ways of the internet, but that is much to do about nothing, so here are my pics!

That shot gun is ridiculously boss looking. Is it pepakura?

I have made an effort to NEVER make another pepakura weapon again! So, top answer your question, no, it is made of laminated foam board and sealed with bondo, this is the Shotgun V 2.0 with a new paintjob and bond touch ups, but I reused and fixed up the gun I used in these two projects:

The build can be seen in this thread!
