so, I have not been working on halo costumes in a while, thus I have not posted here in a while. last costume I made was a Mando costume, now I am working on a Snowblind ODST suit.

yup, got it from I believe Impact props 7-10 years back

redid the knife sheath, finished the shoulders, finished the "functional" "fanny pack", helmet upgrades, com unit and functional light (needs batteries)

costume update, hip plates added and concepts for the M30/S and the M7S compact, and a M6C classic trigger guard variant, the M6C and M7S will be remade with white foam to better fit the armor. Using a "Dartzone X10 Tactical ball blaster"(discontinued) as the base for the shotgun, and craft foam, washers and doweling rod for the 8 gauge shells, might do the M45 might not.

just need the pack and the upper torso is complete, how should I further greeble the shotgun to look similar to a stockless M45?

bit of a question for all, the "furry left for dead mod inspired image" was the first inspiration of the ODST character put forth earlier in this thread, and shown the inspiration has normal black ODST armor with copper accents, a locus helm, and a modernized leveraction shotgun meant to be like the one shown(I had in the long past asked the artist if I could use the design, so long as I gave credit and as such the credit for that gun goes to Lugnut1995 on Deviant art https://www.deviantart.com/lugnut1995/art/HAC-Lever-Action-Shotgun-Mk-2-Bonecrusher-311874436)


my two questions are:

1: should I repaint the Locus helm to be snow themed or stick with the base ODST?

2: should I use the Lever gun or the pump?

either way, next item is the ODST pack then the thighs
