EDIT: another thing, like someone said, Parkour is about getting from A to B in the quickest time using objects around you. Flipping around only keeps you on the same spot :S

theres a foot of snow on the ground here it makes it easier off the roof. it cusions you when you f up

or you hit a block of ice in the snow and crack your head open
