Pepakura Mold!

Ahh When I try to open the .pdo's , they just crash in Pep.It just stops working and crashes....YES I have unziped the file
 
I love this idea, There was a way back when I was into ceramics that we used to do molds and that is by doing the acrylic resin is you made the molds(pep) a 16th of an inch bigger then the pull you want you can simply brush a little acrylic resin into the mold don't foget placement pins to make sure it lines up perfect the use mold release to poor you resin into the molds and boom you have your molds but that is just an idea.the pep molds once again is a great idea.
 
A way to reinforce this would be to not glue on the flat back part of the mold and then spray some expanding foam in it! :D

I printed out the handplate files, I will see what happens.

I would suggest on the back helm piece to add some kind of plate on the inner piece, otherwise it would not center correctly.
