in my experience, no, "Not significantly"

as long as you have a place for the foam to come out if it over flow,s it shouldn't warp.

It depends the foam you are using.

For small parts I use the "Gaps and cracks" foam, this one just doubles it size.

And for bigger parts I use the "Gap filler" foam, this one almost quadropuls its size.



If you use to much foam the weapon will warp. What I do is fill the weapon little by little, it may take more time to fill the weapon but it is less more likely to warp.

Hey, Guys I got a couple of BONDO Fiberglass resin repair kits, and I have to ask what are the temperatures normally used to use resin???

PS I know the pics, say jelly but Im using normal fiberglass resin.

im not sure if it can get too hot to use the resin but, id try not working with it if the temperature's under 60 degrees just to be safe.

Ok, now Im getting back on working on my ODST.

I scrapped all the ODST pieces, because they where warped, to big, or I just wanted to make new ones.

So for now...

It has some defects, it just needs some BONDO and spot putty.

This will be primary project, until rundown releases the new Halo Reach files.

how did u harden ur weapons?

Well I haven't finished any weapons, but I would say first resin them and add foam later.

Because its a problem putting pieces back together when they are filled with foam.
