Pony's Build Thread!

Hello Dudes and dudettes!



So I got a hold on a camera and now I can make a build thread!



I don't exactly know which ODST to make, so I'm just going to make a Standard ODST and work from there. It will probably end up being a custom set, but we'll see



Now, on to the pics!



Here is my Lee ODST pistol! It's all black...for now! It still needs some spots to be filled up, but we'll get to that later.

Up next is my ODST SMG! I'm going to fill the insde with some expanding foam and probably mold it.

ODST Shoulder. I might replace it with one of the news ones that just came out.

Stay tuned for more ODST goodness! I'll try to update as much as I can.

Is that how you make the weapons? I folded the smg up and had a bit of trouble with it. Do I fill it with that foam?

I haven't figured out how to get the inside of my smg...that foam stuff sounds perfect!! where can you get it

and is it stong enough?? nice jod on the smg!! looks great!!

I'll print out another piece either today or tomorrow.





Here is a small progress pic of my 3-round burst giving machine!

It's going to get some Bondo today!



My SMG is going to get some resin with abit more hardener added into it.





I'll be ordering me some Smooth-Cast 300 today when I have time!

What exactly did you build that beauty from? Also, when you bondo it, could you post how you did? I've always wondered how people bondo foam, sintra sheets and such. Good luck on this build.

To be honest, this is just a test job. The finished paint job will be alot more accurate to the game's pistol.

The weather is being really sucky right now, so I can't bondo my BR.



I might try the new shoulder file I downloaded a while back to keep me busy or the new gauntlet.
