Profile customization is confusing, please help!

I wanted to change my profile picture, but can't seem to. Is this because I am not an infantryman yet? Or am I just not seeing the button for it.

Please help.

Kind of tricky to find if you are new.... took me forever to figure out how to edit my signature!

Log in first (should already be)

Click on Settings



Then, choose whether it is your Avatar you want to change (pic displayed with each post) or your Profile pic you want to change (only viewed if someone visits your profile page)



From there, it should be self explanatory
