I was going to take a month brake, but after see Zonbi's suit finished it motivated me to do some work. But then I ran out of Bondo to Rondo. My thigh's are also slightly warped, even after fixing them.

Great job! get some pics up with all under-suit on! It looks so awesome dude! And i know what you mean about the camera flash, visor is opaque in dark but transparent in light lol. its the same for my grenadier helmet.

I think the helmet looks perfect size. However I am going from the look of it compared to the costume, not compared to Roadwarrior's head.

Update!
Added straps the the thighs, the foam has a back piece that the strap goes through and is attached to the thigh at the bottom and the backside. These loop around my web belt under the armour piece.

Inside is reinforced with Locktite epoxy( It's VERY Handy!)

I'm warning you, don't make me do it.
