all you would need to do is sand down the stock a little bit, and take off the pistol grip.
i have an extra removable stock for this gun cause i broke mine. ill give it to you if you pay shipping.,
and the pisol grip comes off with the stock.

I had that idea along time ago , to use the cmp shotty for a halo one. and like what he said ^ it would be very difficult to redesign the shotguns internals to match halo's shotty. I would think that what kiltman said would work because the shotty does load from the top and with some eyeing of detail it could work
