Something Wrong With My Settings?

about a few weeks ago, i saw the posts and replies regularly in their own box in topics, but now i only see them in an outline. did i do something to my settings that i'm not aware of? can i change it back? or is it just like this now?

if you don't know what i mean by outline, here is a picture of it below.

On the upper right-hand corner of the first post, click on the Options box and click "switch to: Standard" and it should bring it back to its "normal" look.
