Spot Putty Alternatives

Hey guys i have a question about an alternative to spot putty because i can't find any locally so i was wondering instead of using spot putty after i fiberglass could i use this type? its from lowe's, ill post a link.

It's Bondo brand putty, it may be just the non-automotive version of the stuff. It might actually work. Let us know if you try it.
