SteelSentinel7's Mark V(B) Infinite Build

Hi, I'm SteelSentinel7 but my buddies call me Steel! I'm buds with N8TEBB and he's helping me work on my very first set of Halo armor.
I'm making my Halo Infinite spartan, starting out with 3d printing the helmet and trying foam pieces for everything else. Here's what I'm going for:

Here's the thread I mentioned about the Halo Reach and Halo Infinite core differences:

Here's that same user's build thread:

Here's a prominant member's build thread that I'm sure can be of help/inspiration:

Here's the file for the Halo Reach foam files in the 405th armoury:

If you want to scale the armour yourself, that would be great! I can help and give tips if you'd like, but it's a good idea to become familiar with Armorsmith yourself.

Also, I'm going to go look for that halo reach under suit file. It was used in this writeup about making an under suit. If I recall correctly, the original creator of the file sold the files, but I don't know if they're available anymore. If I remember correctly, there's some resources that can be found from the Halo Archive and unfolded into an under suit template. I'll send whatever I find!

Happy scaling! Remember to use the foam-optimized files in that zip folder.

Edit
zealotops has just posted foam unfolds for the Mk V(B) from Halo Infinite! Definitely worth checking those files out.

Since Nate and I are the same height, I figured I'd put on his suit and see how similar certain pieces fit for scaling. Here are the notes we took:

-most pieces are very similar in size and we can use Nate's suit as an accurate reference
-I'm a bit skinnier than he is, so we might use upholstery foam to fill out bulkier areas
-now, time to finalize scaling in Armorsmith

Nate's Armorsmith measurements are:

Shin 1 - 69.10
Boots - 119.14
Knee - 88
Thigh atpt 1 - 98.17
thigh atpt 2 - 103%
COD - 102.11
Torso - 100.07
Helmet in theory - 101.31
Helmet actual - 100
Forearm - 105.0
Shoulder - 92
