My friend had socom and he had a mic but thye wouldnt do crap it was halarious, he would tell them to do somthing and they would stand there and he would get shot, if the halo 3 voice thing is better and i think they have better mics now so mabey it would be cool, if it worked.

No. Not for Halo. Another game, awesome, but not Halo. It isn't a squad based tactical shooter, and I would much prefer it to just be the good ol' run 'n' gun we've come to know and love. But that's just me.

no, not squad based but you can have marines follow you. like choose which ones follow you and then you can tell them to do certain things but you dont have to. there is some game but i dont remember what its called.
